Monica, a nude model tired of her job, decides to take a holiday on the island of Poros through an organised trip. Lello joins the same tour group; a seminarian not too sure of his vocation so determined to examine his own destiny. Stranded due to a delay after a bus stop, Monica and Lello head for Brindisi where they regularly miss the ferry to Greece. Meanwhile, the woman realising she is dealing with a partner who is inhibited in every respect, uses her own wiles and the resources of her physique to solve the logistical problems without too much damage. The victory in a clandestine gambling den allows the two, by now inseparable, to buy a Citroen and return to Rome, not without a detour to Monica’s home village. Back in the capital, the two should each go their separate ways; but affection is born and the future will be united, as well as different from the past.
