In one of Rome’s central squares, Piazza Barberini, television star Aldo Ruggeri is murdered in broad daylight. The commissioner, accompanied by agent Ginevra Scapuzzo, arrives on the scene to start the investigation. After various vicissitudes the commissioner, thanks to a tango heard on the radio, manages to connect the facts by discovering the killers. Going to the Milonga, that is, the place where the tango is danced, he finds the two killers, a man and a woman.
