Ciccio Fisichella and Franco Cocuzza, who have come to Naples from Sicily in search of their fortune, are accused of murdering the head of the Neapolitan Camorra and forced to flee to the Foreign Legion. The colonel of the Legion sees in Ciccio and Franco the only two livers capable of uncovering the arms trafficking taking place between Mustafà’s palace and the Nicchia tavern. Despite their gullibility, the two fortunately uncover the conspiracy hatched behind the back of the naive Mustafà Bey by his ‘wicked’ cousin Sandrin and save his life.
